ASAP Computer Services was formed in July
1989 and is privately owned and run by two partners; Andy Shipman and Adrian Rees. Back
then our main line of business was electronic component level or "4th party"
repair of electronic, computer and peripheral equipment. Basically anything that
ran on electricity! The business has developed well over the last few years and
now employs over 20 highly skilled and motivated people. Our approach to problem
solving has always been tenacious and we will not be beaten by a problem.
Our company ethos results in a more practical
and realistic approach to IT and problem solving in general and a real
understanding of what customer service means and what our customers want.
We react to our customers' needs and evolve our services to suit and it is this
which has resulted in our success where many others have failed.

sales, accounting, field service activities and general business
management. Over 20 years experience in the electronics and computing industry.
Married with two teenage children, when not at ASAP can usually be found in his
local pub. |

Adrian Rees (Partner) Joint owner, responsible for
employees, sales and marketing, workshop activities, purchasing, quality,
and Health and Safety. Over 15 years
experience in the electronics and computing industry. Married with two young
children, when not at ASAP may be found in the middle of nowhere on a mountain
bike. |
Over the last few years the company has
expanded into new fields with the aim to become a one-stop solution for our
customers IT needs. We now cover many UK companies with onsite maintenance and
support contracts, supply new equipment and offer full system installations with
networks and server support.
In July 2000 ASAP Computer Services gained
ISO 9002 accreditation and this further enhanced the level and quality of
service we gave our customers. Our workshops are very well equipped with the
latest technology and equipment. Our customers are from a wide spectrum, from
small independent companies to very large multi-nationals. We repair, service, &
refurbish equipment for maintenance companies, large end users and
manufacturers. We then gained ISO9001:2000 accreditation in 2003.
With an office in South Africa and customers
around Europe and the World. We are committed to service and endeavour to
develop a dependable relationship with our customers. We will always try to
offer a solution and take pride in our technical expertise and customer service.
