Receptionist / Customer service / General administration position

Min 30 hours per week, flexible hours

ASAP Computer Services are looking for a capable individual to work in our friendly team, providing a professional level of customer service.

Your duties will include:-

Telephone and face to face enquiries in our reception area
Dealing with customers and deliveries
Ensuring Customer service delivery to our wide range of customers
General administration

You will be an excellent communicator with good numeracy and customer service skills. You must be presentable and have reasonable computer skills.

Salary range between £15 to £18k with 20 days paid holiday (pro-rata).

Computer Repair Technician - Updated March 2011

Based at our offices in Pangbourne, your duties will include repairing customers PC's, Laptops and other computer equipment. The repairs will be software, hardware and some component level repairs. Although the roles is mainly based in house you will also be supporting our customers remotely, by telephone and also with visits to customers sites for which transport will be provided by us.

Ideally you will have the following experience: Hardware and Software repairs to PC's and Laptops, a good working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems. Some component level repair skills including soldering. The ability to communicate with customers is essential both over the phone and face to face.

You must have a full UK driving licence with good written and spoken English, be presentable and personable. Although qualifications aren't essential we would like you to have something equivalent to HNC in computing or electronics or relevant industry qualifications such as Microsoft certification.

Salary fully negotiable and includes overtime

Software Developer / Website Designer

Based in Pangbourne you must have proven commercial experience in : HTML(CSS), PHP, SQL and VBA and a good working knowledge of : Adobe CS Suite (in particular Photoshop, Dreamweaver), Microsoft Office (in particular Access, Outlook, Word). Good Maths & English are essential.

Other useful skills include Javascript, ActionScript, and SEO.
