Accounts:-
In order to open a credit account simply forward 2 trade and 1 bank reference
along with your first purchase order. All invoices are payable 30 days from date
of invoice.
Carriage & Packing:-
Carriage and packing is charged for the return of items.
Fixed price repair pricing Exclusions:-
Prices are inclusive of all parts and labour except where indicated in the
relevant sections. Prices do not include v.a.t.
Our Fixed price repairs do not apply under
the following circumstances;

Physical damage
-
Missing parts
-
Failed previous repair attempts
especially where the repair has been complicated as a result
-
Multiple, unrelated faults
Printers- Exclude consumables, printheads and
laser scanners
Laptops- Exclude replacement display screens and replacement sub-modules where a
component level repair has not been possible
Server boards- Exclude processors
Monitors- Exclude tubes and TFT replacement
where a component level repair has not been possible
Repairs:-
All repairs are accepted on a "best endeavours" basis and ASAP reserve the right
to return items not repaired. The fixed price repairs are priced on the
assumption that items have not previously been attempted. Previously attempted
items will be surcharged and notification will be given prior to completing the
repair. Any such surcharge shall be applied even if the repair is refused.
Turnaround Times :-
Standard is 5 days. This is subject to work load and availability of parts.
Faster turn-arounds are available at the following rates:-

Sameday repair 40% surcharge (items must
arrive before 10:00am)

24 hour repair 25% surcharge (items must
arrive before 12:00pm)

48 hour repair 15% surcharge (items must
arrive before 12:00pm)
If the faster turn around time is not met the
normal price applies
Estimates:-
Any estimate not accepted will incur a charge of £25.00 for diagnosis and
administration except for Laptops and system units where the charge is £30.
Items received for a TIME AND PARTS repair
and not listed in our fixed price repair list shall be accepted on an estimate
basis. Our standard turn around applies unless placed on a priority repair
quote.
Priority repair estimates are available upon
request at the following charges;

Sameday repair estimate £50 (items must
be received before 10:00am)

24 hour repair estimate £40 (items must
be received before 12:00pm)

48 hour repair estimate £35 (items must
be received before 12:00pm)
These charges are a one off cost in order to
produce the estimate only and are chargeable should the resulting estimate be
refused. The resulting repair price includes the estimation charge and hence
will be the figure you pay (plus VAT).
Labour rates are calculated with the
surcharges of 40%, 25% or 15% respectively in order to calculate your repair
price.
Warranty:-
All workshop repairs carry a 90 day warranty against faulty workmanship and parts, there
is no charge for warranty items.
Data / Media:-
Any data media held on equipment for repair may be overwritten or formatted as
part of the test/diagnosis process unless ASAP is informed in writing prior
to the repair.
No data recovery is included in any of our
repair prices unless specifically requested.
Customer's data is solely the responsibility
of the customer. ASAP will not be liable for any loss of data in any way.
