How much does a replacement screen cost ?

Laptop screen replacement costs depend on which screen is fitted in your laptop, a rough guide is 15.4 inch screens are around £100 to £150 fitted. Ironically, smaller screens especially the LED backlit 11.1 inch and 13.3 inch work out to be more expensive.

Sometimes it is possible to identify the correct screen for your laptop by the model number alone but sometimes we won't know until we have the part number from the actual screen assembly fitted. Although we may be able to give you a guide price over the phone/email we will always confirm the actual price once we have confirmed the screen details.

If you are having problems getting your laptop to us but have the original packing (or similar) then we can send an overnight carrier in to collect from any mainland UK address for £25 to cover collection and return after repair. While your laptop is with us, why not treat it to an upgrade? Fitting more memory and a larger hard drive is quick and cheap and we can even transfer all your data from your old drive to the new one. You'll notice faster operation and more storage space for all those photos, documents and music.

Our component level approach to LCD repair means we can usually repair these faults avoiding a costly new LCD screen. We repair inverter board faults and can replace the CCFL back light tubes. If the fault you see is not caused by the screen but by the system board we can even repair this.
