Moving Office or changing your office design?

If it's a small office move around we can install the network cabling, points and infrastructure ready for when the desks are moved around. All the users need to do is plug in. We can be there on the day to make sure everything goes smoothly and all the users are up and running, including networked resources like email, printing and internet connectivity.

If you are planning a total relocation then we can provide a project management role for your IT. We will make sure that your new location has everything ready for you to run your business, before your move in.

Someone onsite on the day to correctly shut down your IT system, oversee it's relocation, install it and make sure everything is working at your new site.
Internet access via broadband or cable including talking to your ISP to arrange the activation of your connections.
Co-ordinate IT network and phone network installations so you know it will all work.
Re-configure remote workers to connect to your new location.
Re-direct your emails to follow you along. We can even setup temporary access to emails while you are between offices.
If it's a managed office we'll make sure your IT will work on the building IT systems; not always easy as they can sometimes create barriers to force you to use their expensive IT facilities!
