Step 1
Contact us for remote IT support and we’ll identify your product and the fault symptoms.
We will ask you for payment over the phone for our initial work. This is charged at £46 (£40+vat) and can be paid by debit/credit card. This buys you upto 30 minutes of support whether it’s by phone or remote desktop support
We will give you a call reference number and pass this onto our engineers.
If we have an engineer available at the time you’ll speak to someone immediately otherwise you’ll get a call back usually within 1hour.
Step 2
Our engineer will advise if remote desktop support would be a preferable solution in which case he will guide you through giving us access to your faulty PC; it takes a couple of minutes and is really quite easy.
Step 3
Sit back and watch your computer screen as things happen before your eyes!
If you want to talk to the engineer during remote desktop support, he will stay on the line. If you would rather just leave us to it we will let you know when we are done and what we found.
If your call over runs the 30 minutes by a little bit then that’s fine, if it’s a significant over run then we may ask for an additional payment.
Step 4
Now that your PC fault is repaired we will make sure you are happy with what we've dome and close the call down.
If for some reason your IT problem is not repairable remotely, usually if it’s a hardware fault, and you are within our coverage area then we can arrange an engineer to visit your site and fix the fault. For continuity sake this will usually be the same engineer you have been talking to already so you won’t have to go back over what’s already been done. For our customers with maintenance agreements, all this is included in their fixed maintenance charge as well as remote monitoring of their system. Our maintenance customers find remote assistance a reel help for minor problem resolution and administrative changes. We can react far quicker as there is no traveling time.
