We provide Sameday, 24 hour and 48 hour surcharged express turnarounds. These repairs are in our Pangbourne workshops so if you can get your faulty unit to us (before 10:00am) we will “jump” on it straight away.

We’ll do everything we can to get your item repaired on the timescale you want at a price you’re happy with.

If a workshop repair is not what you are after then we can arrange an onsite visit. We aim to reach onsite non-contract customers within 3 days. This can be quicker and depends on how busy we are at the time. Call us and we’ll give you an honest lead time for our visit, if we can’t meet your needs we’ll say so; no false promises.

You may take this opportunity to think about a support agreement which guarantees a response time to you, usually 8 hours with a fixed price for the year to cover the costs of getting you running again.
