Windows Vista

Being Microsoft's newest desktop operating system Vista is still suffering a bit with reliability problems. Before we install or support a Microsoft product we need to know it's reliable and find out it's little quirks. We're monitoring the newer applications from Microsoft and have a policy of NOT installing the latest applications just for the sake of it. Where possible we wait for at least the first service pack release for an application and plenty of proof the program is stable before installing the product. Windows Vista is a product we are currently supporting now that the latest service pack has been released.

Windows XP

Windows XP has been proven to be a much more reliable operating system following it's early teething problems. It now provides reliability along with some great functionality. We are fully conversant with Windows XP and it's features so we can support you with any problems you may face.

Windows 2000

Windows 2000 has been around for so long and it just keeps running. It does struggle at times working with more modern programs but it if your environment

is mainly internal use then it is usually a reliable solution. If you want to upgrade to Windows XP we would be able to help migrateyour data across and get everything working for you again with minimal disruption and fuss.

Windows 98

I know, we're starting to show our age now but Windows 98 is still being used by some customers, usually because of a business specific program that won't work on anything else. We still support it and can still solve problems relating to it and it's usually old hardware.

Microsoft Office

For our customers with maintenance agreements we include unlimited support for the Microsoft Office suite including, Office standard, Office Small Business and Office Professional. Customers not on cover we can provide this support on an Ad Hoc basis as long as you have an established account with us.
