This combines both our Hardware Support and Software Support services to give you Full Support. Basically any problem you have with your IT systems – call ASAP and we will solve it.

So how does it work ? Simple really – 4 steps

  • A meeting with you to discuss what service you would like and any problems you're having with your current system.

  • A site survey and audit.

  • We'll submit a quotation for your contract within 24 hours.

  • Terms are agreed and the contract starts.
     

We offer a choice of 4 and 8 hour guaranteed response times as standard but will assess each case individually to provide you with the best quality of service we can offer. 98% of all requests are dealt with well within our contracted response times.

Requesting a call is as easy as picking up the phone. Our friendly, knowledgeable, support staff will register your request, assist where possible, and if necessary arrange a site visit from one of our highly experienced engineers. In turn you will be given a call reference number to which you can refer in any future correspondence with us.

With full contract support from ASAP you have peace of mind that we will do everything we possibly can to minimise down-time and keep your business running smoothly.
