Non-Contract Calls

You can use any of the services detailed in both our Hardware Support and Software Support services. We have a number of clients who use us regularly on a pay-as-you-go basis. This is normally because they have no business critical need for an urgent response. The engineering skills and service you get is the same but without the guaranteed response time.

So how does it work?

If you are a New Customer

  • Phone us and log your call on the above number.

  • We will be fax or email you a call request sheet detailing our terms and charges.

  • Complete the call request sheet and return it to us.

  • An engineer will contact you and arrange a time to solve your problem.

If you have used our service before there is no need to fill in further call request sheets, just log a call in the usual way.
