Our staff are all trained and experienced IT and electronic engineers and work for us full time. We do not send repairs out to sub-contracted third parties and are always in control of the repair service provided.We know which parts we need to hold in stock and where to source parts quickly through our well-established supplier routes. This approach ensures that our turn around time is kept to a minimum.

Our workshop is regularly audited by Lloyds Quality Register Assurance to the ISO9001:2000 standards and each individual job is tracked through the workshop using our own bespoke database system. This provides up-to-the-minute status information and ensures efficiency and quality of service are maintained throughout.
