Our intimate knowledge of software, and in particular Microsoft operating systems and applications like Office, means that we are able to protect your data. Unlike other repair companies who will return your unit with a fresh operating system installed losing any documents and settings, we try our best to retain your data wherever possible. Our aim is to provide you with a repair solution that returns to site in a ready to use state.

A High Quality Service

All our repairs are fully tested to our ISO9001:2000 procedure then cleaned and warranted for 90 days. As an additional free service we even perform an electrical safety test which will help you to comply with your health and safety at work obligations. When the repair is complete we will contact you to arrange either collection or delivery. If you would rather we re-installed the unit or if you have some additional problems on site that need addressing we have an experienced and professional field service operation which can visit your site for this remedial work.
