We understand that your IT system is mission
critical to your business and that down time must be kept to a minimum. We
offer priority workshop repair services for Same-day, 24hr
or 48hr turn-around for those urgent problems. For those less
urgent problems we run a standard 5 working day turn around. Surcharges apply
for these priority turn around services.
If your main business server has failed we
will move heaven and earth to get you going again as quickly as possible. Unlike most IT companies we have the in-house skills to repair the
hardware fault AND any resulting software problems caused
as a result.
For desktop system and laptop repairs we
operate a quote first system where an initial assessment is made
of the repair costs. We will contact you with a repair quote based on time and
parts detailing the work that we'll be doing. You can decide if you want to
proceed with the repair at this stage.
You may want to consider replacing the faulty
unit and ASAP has access to new, ex-demo or second user equipment so we can help
you to identify a suitable replacement at a price you're happy with.
We also understand that the data held on your
system is vital and will treat it with the greatest of care and
confidentiality. Our intimate knowledge of software, and in particular
Microsoft operating systems and applications like Office, means that we are able
to protect your data. Unlike other repair companies who will
return your unit with a fresh operating system installed but no data, we try our
best to retain your data wherever possible. Our aim is to provide you with a
repair solution that returns to site in a ready to use state.
All our repairs are fully tested to our
ISO9001:2000 procedure then cleaned and warranted for 90 days. As an additional
free service we even perform an electrical safety test which will help you to
comply with your health and safety at work obligations. If you're interested in

When the repair is complete we will contact
you to arrange either collection or delivery. If you would rather we
re-installed the unit or if you have some additional problems on site that need
addressing we have an experienced and professional field service operation
which can visit your site for this remedial work. Please refer to our

We don’t ask for payment until the repair has
been completed. Our payment terms are BACS, CHAPS, Paypal, cash or cheque on
collection. We do not accept credit card payments. Regular customers can set
up a 30 day credit account by providing two trade and one bank reference along
with your accounts department contact details.
