What are the charges likely to be?

If you have an obvious fault on your laptop like a cracked screen we should be able to give you an idea of the repair costs over the phone. Something like a DC power socket replacement usually works out to between £65 and £95+vat.

We work on a quote basis, after we’ve looked at your laptop we’ll quote a price to repair it so you know exactly where you stand. In the unlikely event you decline our repair quote there is a charge of £35+vat
