Repair charges

We work on a quote first basis so that we can be sure of the fault diagnosis. Once your faulty server arrives with us we'll book it in to our workshop for repair, investigate your fault and price up a solution. Should you decline the repair quote there is NO QUOTE FEE. We just need to know if you want your item back unrepaired or if you would prefer us to dispose of it for you in keeping with waste electrical regulations, free of charge; saving you a trip to the tip

Our average server repair costs £135. The cost of your repair will vary depending on what the problem is.

If you would like your unrepaired item shipping back to you then shipping charges apply. For most servers £15 usually covers the cost.
